Avideep Travels – Taxi Services Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
a. Standard Cancellation:
i. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time for a local transfers are eligible for a full refund without incurring any cancellation charges.
ii. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of total tour cost.
iii. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled pick-up time for a tour package are eligible for a full refund without incurring any cancellation charges.
iv. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pick-up time for tour package may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of total tour cost.
b. No-Show Policy:
i. Passengers failing to arrive at the designated pick-up point within the allocated waiting time without prior notification will be considered a ‘no-show.’
ii. No-shows are subject to a full fare charge and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy:
a. Eligibility: i. Refunds are processed for cancellations made in accordance with the standard cancellation policy. ii. Refunds are not applicable to no-shows or cancellations made outside the stipulated cancellation window.
b. Refund Process: i. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within [insert number] business days from the date of cancellation. ii. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
c. Refund Exceptions:
i. Avideep Travels reserves the right to withhold or refuse refunds for non-compliance with the cancellation policy.

3. Procedure for Cancellation:
a. Cancellation Request: i. Passengers must request cancellations by contacting Avideep Travels’ customer service or through the booking platform used for reservation. ii. Cancellations made through unauthorized channels may not be considered valid.
4. Amendment to Policy:
a. Modification: Avideep Travels reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
